Using AutoMotor.AI, you agree not to engage in any of the following. Violations may result in suspension, termination, order cancellation, and referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud and chargeback abuse.
  • Providing false vehicle information to obtain parts, quotes, or warranty coverage.
  • Buying, selling, or attempting to move stolen parts or counterfeit parts.
  • Illegal exports, sanctions violations, or transactions with restricted parties.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including in uploaded content.
  • Malicious activity: malware, unauthorized access attempts, denial-of-service, or interference with the Services.
  • Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or bulk extraction of platform data.
  • Abusive, harassing, or threatening communications with our staff, suppliers, or other users.
  • Circumventing marketplace fees by taking platform-sourced transactions off-platform to avoid them.
  • Posting or soliciting unsafe or illegal repair instructions.
  • Uploading unlawful content of any kind.
