AutoMotor.AI (operated by Viom Global Inc.) is an AI-assisted marketplace and lead service that helps you find used engines, transmissions, and other parts by matching your request with independent junkyards, suppliers, and mechanics. We are not the seller of the parts unless expressly stated; transactions and fulfillment are between you and the applicable supplier. A human specialist may confirm fitment before purchase.

We operate an SMS program for transactional and customer-care messages (quotes, callback requests, appointment reminders, and support). Opt-in is required and is not a condition of purchase; message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Your use of the SMS program is governed by our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Our AI provides compatibility suggestions, confidence scores, and estimated pricing for convenience only. These are estimates, not guarantees. Final fitment, price, warranty, and availability are confirmed by a specialist and/or the supplier before any purchase.

• Don't misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways.
• Don't submit false, fraudulent, or unlawful requests, or someone else's information without permission.
• Don't scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services without our written consent.

Prices shown are estimates until confirmed. Payment, shipping, delivery, and returns for parts are handled per the confirmed quote and the supplier's terms. Taxes and shipping may apply. See our Warranty & Returns policy for used-part specifics.

Junkyards, mechanics, and other partners are subject to additional onboarding terms, verification, and applicable subscription or commission arrangements disclosed during sign-up.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoMotor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoMotor harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AutoMotor is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or by arbitration as specified in your purchase documentation, where applicable.

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
