Depending on the transaction, Viom Global Inc. may provide: AI-assisted collection of vehicle and parts information; parts sourcing and supplier outreach; compatibility research (VIN, year/make/model, engine, transmission, or part-number review); comparisons of supplier options, mileage, price, warranty, and freight; human-assisted sourcing support; direct sale of automotive parts; coordination with independent suppliers; referral of your request to automotive businesses; shipping or freight coordination; and optional software subscriptions.

The specific service or product you are buying is identified in the applicable quote, checkout page, or order confirmation. Our Parts Sourcing Service Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Return and Core Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Parts Warranty Policy, and Marketplace Disclosure are part of these Terms for the transactions they cover.

Parts of the Services are powered by artificial intelligence. AI outputs — including compatibility guidance, price estimates, and diagnostic suggestions — are preliminary, informational, and may be incomplete or wrong. See our AI and Mechanical Information Disclaimer and Automotive Compatibility Disclaimer, which are incorporated here.

Inventory shown or discussed on the platform changes constantly and is not guaranteed to be available. Prices, estimates, and ranges shown in chat or on browse pages are preliminary until stated in a written quote or checkout summary you accept. Quotes may expire on the date stated in the quote or, if none is stated, when inventory or pricing changes.

• Provide accurate, complete vehicle information (including VIN and other data we request) — compatibility depends on it.
• Review the written quote or checkout summary before paying.
• Follow the installation, maintenance, and documentation requirements in the applicable warranty and return policies.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Independent suppliers, salvage yards, freight carriers, mechanics, and warranty administrators are not employees or agents of Viom Global Inc.. Where the quote or checkout identifies a third party as the seller, fulfiller, warranty provider, or carrier, that party is responsible for its role, subject to our Marketplace and Third-Party Supplier Disclosure and applicable dispute procedures.

The AutoMotor.AI software, design, branding, and content are owned by Viom Global Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, documents, messages) and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to provide and improve the Services. You represent you have the right to submit it.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIOM GLOBAL INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN QUOTE, ORDER CONFIRMATION, OR THE PARTS WARRANTY POLICY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIOM GLOBAL INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, TOWING, RENTAL, DOWNTIME, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND DOES NOT AFFECT ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY REMEDY YOU PURCHASED.

You agree to indemnify Viom Global Inc. against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or inaccurate information you provide, except to the extent caused by our own breach or misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud or safety risk, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
