Parts Sourcing Service Terms

• Basic Sourcing (free where advertised): a standard supplier search with one verified match, warranty availability, estimated shipping, and an email summary.
• Priority Sourcing: everything in Basic, plus up to five supplier quotes with mileage, warranty, and shipping comparisons, priority processing, and a phone consultation.
• Concierge Sourcing: everything in Priority, plus a dedicated parts specialist, unlimited supplier search, VIN compatibility review, human review of supplier-provided quality information, supplier photos when available, shipping coordination, and extended warranty guidance.

The exact deliverables, price, and turnaround estimate for your plan are shown at checkout and control over the general descriptions above.

• Review of your requirements and vehicle data.
• Supplier outreach and follow-up.
• Compatibility research.
• Comparison of price, mileage, warranty terms, and freight options.
• Human review of the results.
• Preparation of your sourcing results (summary, supplier option(s), quote comparison, compatibility notes, phone consultation, and/or a digital sourcing report, as included in your plan).

Unless expressly advertised otherwise for a specific offer:

• Paying a sourcing fee does not purchase an automotive part.
• It does not guarantee that matching inventory will be found.
• It does not reserve inventory.
• It does not guarantee a specific price, mileage, warranty, delivery date, or supplier.
• Any part purchase is a separate transaction requiring your separate approval and payment.

The sourcing service begins when we start material work on your request — typically supplier outreach, compatibility research, or report preparation — after payment. It is considered performed when we deliver the results included in your plan (or, for Concierge, when your specialist delivers the sourcing report and consultation), even if no matching inventory could be found despite the searching performed.

Viom Global Inc. does not physically inspect parts unless a physical inspection service is specifically offered, purchased, and confirmed in writing for your order. What our plans may include instead, as stated in your plan, is remote review: supplier-document review, photo review, mileage-representation review, warranty-term review, and compatibility review. These are reviews of information provided by suppliers, not physical testing by us.

Refunds for sourcing fees are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy: you may cancel for a full refund before material sourcing work begins; after supplier outreach, compatibility research, or report preparation has begun, the fee may be partially or fully earned as disclosed before checkout.
