These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging program operated by Viom Global Inc. (“AutoMotor.AI,” “we,” “us”) at toll-free number (888) 588-2164. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, AutoMotor.AI sends you text messages related to the used-auto-parts request you started with us. Message types include:
This is a transactional and customer-care program — not a marketing/promotional blast list.
You opt in by submitting a form on our website (chat intake, callback request, quote, or contact form) with your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and request (for example, replies to your questions, quote updates, and reminders). You will not receive recurring marketing blasts.
Message and data rates may apply. AutoMotor.AI does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply UNSTOP or START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability. Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in) will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the messages described above and are handled per our Privacy Policy. We share information only with service providers (e.g. our messaging platform) strictly to operate the program.
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years old. Do not provide a number that is not yours.
