Subscription Terms

These terms govern recurring software subscriptions offered by Viom Global Inc. (for example, business plans for automotive shops). They apply in addition to the Terms of Use.

1. Billing

  • Plans are monthly or annual, billed in advance on your billing date, and auto-renew until cancelled.
  • Explicit recurring-payment consent is collected at checkout before any recurring charge, and the first-charge date is shown there.
  • Free trials convert to the paid plan on the disclosed date unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated or disclosed pricing; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • Usage-based charges (for example telephony minutes, SMS segments, AI usage, or storage beyond plan limits) are described on the plan page and itemized on your invoice.
  • Additional user seats are billed as stated on the plan page.

2. Cancelling

  • Cancel any time from account settings or by contacting support; clear instructions are available in your account.
  • Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy (current period generally not prorated unless the offer says otherwise).

3. Failed payment, suspension, price changes

  • Failed renewal payments are retried; continued failure may lead to suspension after notice.
  • We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your data

  • You may export your data (leads, contacts, records you created) in a standard format while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
  • You may request account deletion; we retain only what law requires.
  • Business accounts are multi-tenant: your organization's data is segregated from other customers'.
