Marketplace & Third-Party Supplier Disclosure

Depending on the transaction, Viom Global Inc. may act as the seller of record, a sourcing service, a referral platform, a marketplace operator, a transaction facilitator, or a supplier coordinator. Your quote or checkout page identifies, where appropriate, the seller, supplier, fulfillment party, warranty provider, shipping party, and payment recipient for your order.
1. Independent suppliers
Suppliers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own inventory representations — condition, mileage, photos, and availability — subject to AutoMotor.AI's applicable review and dispute procedures described below. Viom Global Inc. does not disclaim all responsibility: where we performed a paid review (for example a compatibility or documentation review), we stand behind the work we performed, and we operate the complaint process below for every order placed through the platform.
2. If something goes wrong
- Report supplier complaints, incorrect descriptions, non-delivery, warranty disputes, or suspicious listings to support@automotor.ai with your order number.
- We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days, investigate with the supplier, and respond with a resolution path — replacement, refund per the applicable policy, or escalation.
- Counterfeit or stolen-parts concerns are treated urgently: the listing or supplier is suspended pending investigation, and we cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
- If you are unsatisfied with a resolution, you may escalate to legal@automotor.ai.
